Expert Witness Testimony

Navcon Engineering has been asked to testify as Expert Witness in numerous litigations involving environmental noise, ground vibration or system failure causing occupational injuries. 

In the following case Navcon conducted an Injury Impact Assessment of a Work Platform accident.  A worker was injured by a Hydraulic System Failure of a Work Platform. 

The impact & vibration levels were measured during the simulation of a Hydraulic System Failure.  Navcon filed a deposition reporting the findings of the measurement study.  Based upon the deposition the manufacture of the Work Platform made a settlement offer.
