Sound Insulation Prediction Software

The INSUL demo mode will randomly selection materials.
To convert the INSUL demo version into a trial version please contact us for a temporary license. The INSUL
trial license is a full functional software except that it will not print or
save any data configurations.
When the INSUL software is purchased a hardware (USB
HASP Dongle - Single User or Network) key is provided which allows full operation.
The INSUL installation is compatible with
Windows XP , Vista and Windows 7
Installation Steps for INSUL 6.4 Demo or Trial Version
- Download
Hardlock Driver
& INSUL v6.4 software without
driver
- Unzip Sentinel_Hasp_run-time_setup.zip and run driver
installation (Note: Make sure the HASP driver is installed even if you do
not use a usb dongle for your trial version)
- Unzip insul64usrxx.zip and run setup.exe
- Start INSUL v6.4 - the software will start in the
Demo Mode
- To activate the
trial version you will
need a license file.
Please send us an email to
webinfo@navcon.com
that you would like to receive a license file to activate INSUL 6.4. Please
provide us with your contact information (company, address, phone number,
etc.).
- After receiving the license file - please copy the license file into your INSUL Program directory (i.e., C:\Program Files\Marshall Day
Acoustics\Insul64).
- Restart INSUL 6.4
In the top right corner of the INSUL menu please click on the "Key Icon". Load
the license file to activate INSUL trial license. After the license period is
expired INSUL will convert back into a Demo license.
Installation Steps for full version INSUL v6.4
- Download

- Unzip Sentinel_Hasp_run-time_setup.zip and run driver
installation
- Unzip insul64usrxx.zip and run setup.exe
- Start INSUL - if you USB key is already setup for
INSUL v6.4 you are ready to go. If the key needs to be upgrading
please read the following paragraph.
INSUL customers - Upgrading to INSUL v6.4:
If you are a current INSUL customer within the first year software maintenance or
if you recently upgrade to INSUL v6.3 (since January 2010) you will receive a
free upgrade to INSUL v6.4. The upgrade will require the reprogramming of the usb dongle (hasp hardlock).
Please download the upgrade instructions:
You will need to send a key license file to Navcon (webinfo@navcon.com)
and you will receive dongle specific upgrade file within one to two business
days.
