The SoundPLAN Wins Library integrates 7 Libraries:
To characterize the noise source 1/3 octave or octave band data can be specified between 25 Hz and 20 kHz. The spectral data can be entered in and converted between linear, A-, B-, C-, or D- weighted levels. 2 D and 3D directivity data can be assign on a overall frequency or on a frequency by frequency base. The data management includes group names, search and sorting criteria.
The 3D directivity is defined with 10 degree steps around the z axis. The following graphic shows the 70 degree directivity for a loudspeaker at 1 kHz. [see icon on the bottom right]. The data is assigned to the frequency spectrum of the source data.
The time library defines the usage, the operation, the number of effects or the percentage of operation during a 24 hour time period. The data is assigned to the source information and used to compute the impact within the assessment periods. The example below shows the number events per hour at a freight delivery location.
Source are defined geometrically (points, lines or areas) and with attributes setting the name, frequency spectrum (red graph) and operation time (blue graph). Send mail to
